We see ourselves as a system house, which leads technical requirements in the field of cable-electrics-electronics and mechanics to series production for our customers. Production employee cable assembly (m/f/d)

Your future tasks:

• Manufacturing of all common connectors in solder and crimp design
• Cable manufacturing according to technical drawings
• Assemble mechanical components according to technical drawings
• Intermediate check of previous work steps

Requirements profile:

• Work experience in cable assembly or comparable industries
• Finger dexterity
• Experience in handling automatic crimping machines, stripping machines, hand tools for wire processing
• Diligence, accuracy, ability to work in a team and flexibility

Your future tasks:

• Exciting and dynamic environment in a medium-sized company
• Calculation on the basis of internal and external data
• Collaboration in the technical definition of parts with special consideration of the electrical design in the offer phase
• Drawing preparation of cabling, cable assemblies, wiring and other electromechanical components
• Preparation of technical documents such as production documents, standard times, parts lists, descriptions of processes and definition of operating equipment
• Project support before and during the production phase
• Implementation of measures for continuous improvement of quality and productivity as well as reduction/minimisation of rejects
• Assumption of the position as "responsible electrician"

Requirements profile:

• State-certified master craftsman / electrical engineer
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Your future tasks:

• Exciting and dynamic environment in a medium-sized company
• Support of the QMB in QM measures according to DIN EN ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS)
• Carrying out internal and external audits
• Planning, introduction and monitoring of quality assurance procedures and processes
• Participation in the preparation and release of technical documentation, in particular test planning and monitoring
• Supporting other departments in quality assurance tasks using technical quality methods and procedures
• Planning and monitoring release tests on new parts and products

Requirements profile:

• System technician or electronics technician with QM training (e.g. QM specialist)
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Enjoys contact with people and has a polite, winning demeanor
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Teamwork skills
• Diligence and accuracy
