For many years we have been manufacturing high-quality cabling systems for use in rail vehicles for the European railroad industry. Our modern production facility in Germany is certified according to ISO/TS 22163 (formerly IRIS / International Railway Industry Standard)
Our core competence is complex, customer-specific cabling systems for the following areas
We use cables and all components according to your specifications, preferably according to the railroad standard DIN EN 50155 as well as the fire protection regulations according to DIN EN 45545. If required, they are vibration and shock resistant and insensitive to dirt as well as aggressive environmental influences. Our products also have a high level of safety in terms of flammability and avoidance of smoke and toxic gases. The cables are mostly designed for a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C and are resistant to rodent infestation as well as electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Only flame-retardant, halogen-free insulating and sheathing materials are used for rail cables. This means that no corrosive or toxic gases are produced during combustion, only water vapor and carbon dioxide.
