In coordination with you, we create the prototype according to current standards, specifications and materials. Even before the start of series production, we can analyze all functions in detail, including complete project documentation. If necessary and if you wish, we also develop and build the appropriate test adaptation for quality assurance.
No matter whether your new product was developed at your site or together with us: Before we start production, we produce an first sample under series conditions after building the prototype. During this phase, the electrical and mechanical properties of your product are worked out and the appropriate manufacturing method and test procedure are selected. These results are then incorporated one-to-one into the serial production.

Do you need large quantities? No problem, especially since it is not uncommon for smaller projects to develop into extensive series orders later on. Benefit from our broad network of production partners in Eastern Europe and Asia. These business relationships, some of which have been in place for decades, ensure consistently high quality at competitive production costs. It goes without saying that our partners also manufacture according to certified standards. All production and testing procedures are defined by us in advance. The initial sample produced by us at our headquarters in Brunnthal is then checked and confirmed by you. We then provide our production partner with the necessary machines, tools and testing equipment. On the basis of the procedures defined on the basis of the initial sample, the series production of your product then starts. Regular audits guarantee a consistently high quality standard.
